Job Description:

The Executive Assistant – Travel & Logistics is an essential partner to Axle’s executive team. This individual will play a key role in supporting executive operations while gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions. The right candidate will bring agility, reliability, and curiosity to this dynamic role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements across the organization, including flights, hotel bookings, transfers, and activity reservations. 
  • Streamline Axle’s travel management process into a centralized, efficient system that maintains accurate records and expense documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize administrative workflows, including calendar management, data organization, and travel planning
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and support executive-level operations
  • Display excellent organizational skills to structure daily schedules, manage project timelines, and prioritize executive needs.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document resulting action items
  • Assist with tactical and thoughtful written and verbal messaging to ensure consistent and quality dialogue with stakeholders.
  • Manage access to key stakeholders by screening communications, prioritizing inquiries, and coordinating schedules to ensure optimal time management.
  • Provide high-level research support on industry trends, key stakeholders, and emerging growth opportunities to aid executive initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide general administrative support and assist with any other tasks or projects as needed by the executive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience arranging travel and supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated time management skills, and professional and polished demeanor
  • Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and a willingness to explore new tools to improve workflow
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on projects with conscientiousness of detail. 
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
  • Must be willing to work in our Rockville, Maryland office. This is not a hybrid position.

Job Description: 

Axle Informatics is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to support corporate/growth solution development to provide in-depth problem solving to provide technology recommendations and data strategies to design solutions that solve a variety of business objectives and IT solution needs. You will work closely with other members of the Axle Growth / Operations team to develop responses to RFI/RFP for a wide range of contracting vehicles as well as current and future government clients.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and present high-level solution designs/architecture to both internal and external customers
  • Establish relationships and partnerships to assist in finding opportunities, closing opportunities, and enabling growth and delivery.
  • Manage proposals from start to finish to include solution development, Basis of Estimates, risks and mitigations in collaboration with the proposal management team to ensure all elements are presented in a successful fashion.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams, extract the most pressing project challenges, build consistent storylines, and develop compliant and compelling solutions that address challenges
  • Translate highly detailed requirements into integrated storylines and scenario responses suitable for executive consumption 
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships in clients and industry partners
  • Understand cloud services and technology ecosystems, architectures, and trends, and provides technical consulting to Portfolio leaders and customers as a true trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience with a wide variety of solutions sets, including systems engineering, integration principles, systems development life cycle activities, training, information operations, or intelligence collection
  • 5+ years of experience with leading the development and integration of proposal content for federal solicitations with ability to analyze/understand solicitation requirements
  • Deep understanding of the capture process within the Federal space
  • Deep Technical expertise with the ability to generate solutions for a wide variety of focus areas including DevSecOps, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Data Management, etc. 
  • Proven ability to drive innovation into proposed solutions
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description: 

Axle Informatics is seeking a highly motivated and consultative Account Executive (AE) to join our newly formed commercial sales team focused on the life sciences sector. As an AE, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sales cycle, from qualified lead handoff to deal closure, leveraging your industry expertise to drive adoption of our solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage opportunities from qualification through negotiation and contract execution. 
  • Understand the complex needs of life sciences, biotech and pharma clients and tailor solutions accordingly 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health in the CRM. 
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes, working with scientists, procurement, IT, and executive leadership. 
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers (SEs) to deliver compelling, customized product demos. 
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to ensure a seamless buyer journey. 
  • Use analytics and AI-driven insights to identify high-value opportunities and optimize outreach. 
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations in alignment with company objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical or business field 
  • 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex sales environment. 
  • Experience selling scientific or technical solutions is highly preferred. 
  • Strong ability to engage with scientists, procurement teams, and executives. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software  
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences as needed.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery conversations to evaluate prospect needs, business challenges, and alignment with company solutions. 
  • Arrange high-value calls and demos with Account Executives (AEs) to move prospects through the sales funnel.
