Axlerator is seeking a Corporate Development, Integration and Transformation Associate to support corporate development initiatives in support of our long-term growth strategy.

In This Role, You Will…

Support the execution of all Corporate Development processes with a focus on strategy, planning, operational efficiencies, and internal infrastructure.

Support the development of presentations for meetings with business leads, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape cross-functional priorities focused on operational efficiencies, growth acceleration, and scalability.

Drive important initiatives to completion to achieve target state and results; track, measure and report on progress to leadership.

Build workplans and workload to ensure on-time completion of projects, with the development and maintenance of dashboards to track program performance against integration objectives

Support all M&A integration efforts as part of the M&A lifecycle, including assisting in integration assessments, execution planning, and M&A post-mortems

Develop and maintain clear documentation or organizational structure, work breakdown structures, and have the ability to analyze and recommend strategies to close gaps and improve operational scalability
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, transformation, operational efficiencies, process improvement, and/or program management (see below for appropriate titles.)

Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a strong sense of drive and ability to work effectively and meet goals in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem solving.

Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Have the ability for occasional travel to events/conferences a few times per year.
